Our Services…


Our consultations last 30 minutes. We will discuss your current ideas, any plans you already have in place and then start to brainstorm for your occasion. After, you will receive a full proposal including everything we have discussed and your next steps forward.

If you or a loved one has an important occasion coming up, and you could use an extra pair of hands throughout the planning process or to take control on the day, we’re just a message away. We offer two packages for all occasions - planning and coordination.

We LOVE love here at AutumnOak, but not all of us have time alongside families and careers to commit to planning such a large scale event. Our Wedding Packages include hourly consultancy, planning packages, venue sourcing, and on-the-day co-ordination.

It is now more important than ever that businesses take responsibility for their carbon footprint. We are on hand to help corporate clients plan their large scale events, but with a more sustainable approach. From AGMS and product launches to team building and Christmas parties, we’ve got you covered.
